The equipment is used for ultrasonic weldingafter that the collector and protection piece of power battery are assembled with the cell assembly, and closely integrating the collector and protection with the cell tabs through high-frequency vibration, for setting the diversion, and its main functions include:Barcode scanning of cell, cell loading and positioning, and pole tab shaping, loading and positioning of collector, loading and positioning of protection, prewelding of pole tab root, pole tab cutting, ultrasonic welding and dedusting, welding seal glue pasting, cell blanking and defect troubleshooting.

Equipment Features

• Capabilities of semi-closed upper and lower dedusting during ultrasonic welding, avoiding the dust pollution.
• Be equipped with the roller and brush on the collector/protection piece during loading, for avoiding stripping, and make secondary positioning, guaranteeing the accuracy of assembly.
• Automatically change over collector/protection piece/tape/protection cap, achieving no stop of machine during reloading.
